Terms and ConditionsWe are: Synergy Event Solutions Booking Conditions and Terms of Payment 1. The Contract 2. Price 3. Payment - Corporate Hospitality, Special Events and Tickets with Corporate Hospitality 3.2 Payment of Balance -The balance of the overall price must be paid not less than 60 days before the date of the event. 4. Payment - Tickets Only 4.1 The full price of the booking must be paid immediately upon acceptance of the booking. Once a booking has been made tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. 4.2 Synergy Event Solutions at their sole discretion may allow payments for tickets to be made on the same terms as payments for corporate hospitality set out at clause 3 above. 4.3 Should an event for any reason be cancelled or rescheduled Synergy Event Solutions will strictly only be liable for the face value of the ticket. 5. Consequences of Failure to Pay 5.1 If payment is not made within the time limits in clauses 3 & 4 above, this will be a breach of contract by the client entitling Synergy Event Solutions to treat the contract as at an end, and reallocate the corporate hospitality facilities, bookings and/or tickets without informing the client. 5.2 In the event of Synergy Event Solutions treating the contracts as at an end under clause 5.1 Synergy Event Solutions shall be entitled to retain all sums already paid by the client. The balance, if any, of the cost/price of the booking shall become immediately payable by the client to Synergy Event Solutions. This is without prejudice to Synergy Event Solutions' rights to claim damages from the client in respect of any loss suffered by Synergy Event Solutions. 6. Cancellation or Variations by the Client 6.1 Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be made in writing by letter sent by recorded delivery to Synergy Event Solutions at the address above. 6.2 Any request by the client for a variation to a booking must be made in writing by letter sent by recorded delivery to Synergy Event Solutions at the above address and is only effective if accepted in writing by Synergy Event Solutions. 7. Consequences of Cancellation by the Client 7.1 Cancellation by the client - Corporate Hospitality, Special Events and Tickets with Corporate Hospitality 7.2 Cancellation by the client- Tickets only 8. Alterations to advertised packages 8.1 All advertised packages are subject to availability 8.2 Every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the advertised packages but any package may be altered or omitted or dates changed either before of after confirmation of the booking. Were such alterations, omissions or changes of date occur prior to the confirmation of the booking. Synergy Event Solutions accepts no contractual liability. Where such alterations, omissions or changes of dates occur after confirmation of the booking, Synergy Event Solutions agrees to use reasonable endeavours (such reasonable endeavours to be strictly subject to the organisers/promoters of events and/or other third parties making alternative packages available and further subjects to Synergy Event Solutions right to change the price applicable) to provide a reasonable alternative package and the client agrees to accept such reasonable alternative package. 8.3 Synergy Event Solutions have the right to change the price applicable to a booking ( upwards or downwards ) at any time prior to a booking being accepted. When such change alters the price from that advertised, the altered price from that advertised, must be paid in accordance with payment clauses 3 and 4 above. 9. Liability of Synergy Event Solutions 9.1 The client hereby acknowledges that Synergy Event Solutions acts as agent of the client in arranging the booking and that Synergy Event Solutions will not be liable for any misrepresentations, negligence, contractual or tortious loss of any kind whatsoever suffered by the client or any due to any act or omission by or on behalf of any third party. 9.2 In any event Synergy Event Solutions shall not be liable for death or personal injury suffered by the client or it's guests arising out of the booking. 9.3 Synergy Event Solutions will not be liable for any cancellation of or alteration to the booking or any loss or damage to the client arising out of circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to any act of god, natural disaster or act of terrorism. 10.
