Our company takes great pride in being woman-owned, led by Kim Earle. Kim brings over 30 years of industry experience to the table, making her a true veteran in the field. As a Project Manager and Venue Liaison, she has honed her skills in finance and budget management, ensuring that every event runs smoothly and efficiently. Beyond her professional achievements, Kim is a devoted mother, aunt, sister, and friend, known for her warm and welcoming personality. While she may admit to being sports-challenged, her dedication to excellence shines through in her work.

One of Kim's notable accomplishments was receiving a 2017 Emmy for Technical Achievement for her work on the beatification of Father Solanus Casey at Ford Field in Detroit, MI. This recognition reflects her commitment to delivering exceptional results and pushing the boundaries of event production. With Kim at the helm, SYNERGY Event Solutions is dedicated to creating memorable experiences that exceed your expectations.
